  • How do configuration steps work?

Each assembly is divided into logical sections:

    • Section A: Primary tubing configuration (T1, T4)
    • Section B: Yoke connections and fittings (Y1, Y2)
    • Section C: Special connectors (S1, S2, S3)
    • Section D: Additional components and finishing

Navigate between sections using the step indicators or arrow buttons at the top of the configurator.

  • Why does the assembly image change when adjusting dropdown values?

The assembly image dynamically updates to reflect your configuration choices in real-time.

    • Different materials may have different visual appearances
    • Size changes affect the proportions shown
    • Connection types alter the junction visuals

This helps you visualize exactly what your final assembly will look like before ordering.

  • Why can't I edit the size field in some sections?

Size fields may be locked when:

    • Material dependency: Some materials only come in specific sizes
    • Connection constraints: Connected components must have matching sizes
    • Standard specifications: Certain assemblies follow fixed specifications

💡 Tip: Try selecting a different material or component type to unlock additional size options.

  • How do I export or share my assembly?

You can export your assembly configuration in several ways:

    1. Screenshot: Click the download icon to save a PNG image
    2. Email: Click the email icon to share via email
    3. Get Config: Request a detailed configuration sheet
